Purpose
This CDS view provides the prerequisites for answering questions about condition documents. A condition document groups all relevant contract types in Settlement Management, for example condition contracts. This CDS view provides the data to answer the following business questions: What is the organizational data associated with the condition document? What is the contract type? Is the condition document relevant for the supplier or customer? What is the validity period of the condition document? Does a preceding condition document exist? To help you decide which CDS view to use for your purposes, SAP has introduced the annotation ObjectModel.supportedCapabilities that indicates the most appropriate use cases for each CDS view. To find out what use cases are best supported by this CDS view, access the entry of the CDS view in the View Browser app and find the values for this annotation under the Annotation tab. For more information, see Supported Capabilities for CDS Views .

Authorizations Users who want to use this CDS view must have a role with the following restriction types set to read access: BEGRU_KNA1 (Authorization Group for Customers) BEGRU_LFA1 (Authorization Group for Suppliers) ORG_AREA (Organizational Area) CONTR_TYP (Condition Contract Type) BEGRU_BUPA_GRP (Authorization Group for Business Partners) BUKRS_KOSTL (Company Code/Cost Center) You can use the Display Restriction Types app to find out in which business catalogs these restriction types are included.
