It reads from 4 data sources (I_SDBillingPlanItem, I_ProjectBillingElement, I_SalesOrderItem, I_ProjBillgReqObjectLink) and exposes 3 fields with key fields ProjectBillingRequestUUID, ProjectBillingElementUUID. Part of development package VDM_PROJECTBILLINGELEMENT.
