Purpose
This CDS view is designed to provide a structured representation of real estate valuation rules within a system. It integrates various aspects of real estate valuation, including accounting principles, valuation types, condition groups, flow types, and classification, among others. The view serves as a dimension in analytical scenarios, allowing for the extraction and analysis of data related to real estate valuation rules. This CDS view provides the data to answer the following business questions: What are the different real estate valuation rules defined in the system? How are these valuation rules associated with specific accounting principles? What types of real estate valuation are performed automatically or completed automatically? Which condition groups are linked to each valuation rule? What are the flow types associated with linear valuation, interest, clearing, repayment, asset acquisition, and depreciation? How is each valuation rule classified in terms of valuation classification? What integration types are used for real estate valuation rules? Are there any valuation rules that are informational only? What methods are used for interest calculation in real estate valuation rules?
