Purpose
This CDS view is designed to establish and analyze the relationships between various service transactions, including predecessor and successor service transactions, in-house repair items, customer returns, and outbound deliveries. It provides a comprehensive view of how different service-related transactions are interconnected within a business process. This CDS view provides the data to answer the following business questions: What are the predecessor and successor service transactions for a given service transaction? How are in-house repair items related to specific service transactions? What customer returns are associated with particular service transactions? How do outbound deliveries relate to successor service transactions? What is the overall relationship type between different customer management transactions?
