Purpose
This CDS view provides the full name of a contact person for a dispute case in SAP Dispute Management . This CDS view provides the data to answer the following business questions: What is the full name of the contact person for my dispute case? To help you decide which CDS view to use for your purposes, SAP has introduced the annotation ObjectModel.supportedCapabilities that indicates the most appropriate use cases for each CDS view. To find out what use cases are best supported by this CDS view, access the entry of the CDS view in the View Browser app and find the values for this annotation under the Annotation tab. For more information, see Supported Capabilities for CDS Views .

Prerequisites
Authorizations One of the following business catalogs needs to be assigned to a user to be able to use this CDS view: Accounts Receivable - Collections Analytics ( SAP_FIN_BC_AR_COL_ANALY_PC ) Accounts Receivable - Dispute Management Analytics ( SAP_FIN_BC_AR_DM_ANALYTICS_PC ) Development - API Test - Finance - Accounts Receivable ( SAP_A4C_BC_DEV_TST_FIN_AR0_PC ) This CDS view is used in several analytical cubes for dispute management, for example: I_OpenDisputeCase . Business users who want to consume data collected by this CDS view must have read access for the following restriction types as included in the Accounts Receivable Manager ( SAP_BR_AR_MANAGER ) business role template: Authorization groups for customers These restriction types are edited in the Maintain Business Roles app.
