You can use the Monitor Grants Fiori app to visualize key grant monitoring data that can enable the organization to perform efficient and reliable analysis of the grant patterns.

Key Features: Grant Billing Details The grant billing details such as the unbilled amount, billed amount, and unpaid amount of all the grants are displayed on this card. You can click on the individual grant to navigate to the Grant Billing Analysis application. Top Sponsors The top sponsors details are displayed on this card. You can view the sponsor details such as sponsor name, budget, and number of grants and can sort the top sponsors by budget or number of grants. You can click on the individual sponsor to navigate to the Manage Grants application. Grants in Approval by Status The number of grants that are stuck in the approval process, based on different statuses, are displayed on this card. You can click on the individual status to navigate to the Manage Grants application. Budget Consumption by Grants The budget consumption details of the grants are displayed on this card. The details such as grant name, budget amount, consumed amount, and available amount are displayed. The grants can be sorted based on highest budget, highest budget consumed, or highest budget available. You can click on the individual grant to navigate to the Grants Budget AVC Overview application. Grants by Status The number of grants by each grant status is visualized on this card. You can click on the individual status to navigate to the Manage Grants application. Grant Revenue The total grant revenue and the revenue amount in global currency across fiscal years are visualized in this chart. You can click on the header section of the card, or the data point plotted to navigate to the Grants Overview application. Grants by Grant Type The number of grants by grant types are displayed in this card. You can click on the individual grant type to navigate to the Manage Grants application. Additionally, this dashboard offers a Quick Links card that allows you to navigate to the following pages: Manage Grants Grants Billing Analysis Grants Budget AVC Overview Grants Overview Note You can also add the cards as insights to your personalised My Home page.
