Purpose
This CDS view is used to get the control class at a given date. This CDS view provides the data to answer the following business questions: Is the product classified for a control class on the specified date? What is the classification code? How many products are classified with the control class in a particular legal regulation? To help you decide which CDS view to use for your purposes, SAP has introduced the annotation ObjectModel.supportedCapabilities that indicates the most appropriate use cases for each CDS view. To find out what use cases are best supported by this CDS view, access the entry of the CDS view in the View Browser app and find the values for this annotation under the Annotation tab. For more information, see Supported Capabilities for CDS Views .

Prerequisites
Authorizations Users who want to use this CDS view must have a role with the following restriction types set to read access: SAPSLL_LR (Legal Regulation) BEGRU_MAT (Authorization Group for Product) BEGRU_MATKL (Authorization Group for Product Group) BEGRU_MTART (Authorization Group for Product Type)
