Overview
The Monitor Disconnection Requests app enables you to follow up on disconnection requests wether they are sent correctly or already invalidated.
With this now the entire process is provided to trigger disconnection of services from dunning of overdue items or vice versa trigger service reconnection upon posted payments to items involved in service disconnections.
