Purpose
This CDS view retrieves all the existing price IDs along with their price category and division. This view provides the data to answer the business question: How many price IDs are in the system for each price category?
Prerequisites
You have authorization to access the utilities price object.

Main parameters and filters of the CDS view The main parameters are as follows: UtilsPriceID UtilsPriceCategory The important fields of this view are as follows: Field Name Description UtilsPriceID Price ID UtilsPriceCategory Price category UtilsPriceName Price name Division Division UtilsMeasurementUnit Unit of measurement UtilitiesBillingClass Billing class UtilsTimeBasis Time basis UtilsTimeCategory Time category UtilsPriceTierType Price tier type You can navigate from the I_UtilitiesPrice view to the following associated views (including detailed field and data type information), which are lower in the hierarchy: to_UtilsPriceItemHistory to_UtilsPriceFrequencyUnit to_UtilsPriceCategory to_UtilsChargeTierType to_UtilitiesPriceText to_UnitOfMeasure Measures and attributes Some important measures and attributes are: The Division attribute to indicate whether the division category of the utilities price key is electricity, gas, or water. The UtilitiesBillingClass attribute to indicate whether the billing class is residential or commercial. The PriceCategory attribute to indciate whether the price category of the price key is a quantity-based price, a flat rate, a rental price, or a time-dependent price.
