Purpose
This CDS view provides access to the consolidation subitem. This CDS view provides the data to answer the following business questions: To which subitem category is a subitem assigned? What are the associated nodes in a subitem hierarchy? Here are some example values for Subitem Category 1 (transaction type): 900 : Opening Balance 901 : Incoming Units 906 : Dividends 909 : Change in Accounting Policies 915 : Net Variation 920 : Increase / Purchase 950 : Reclassification 955 : Fair Value 980 : Currency Translation Adjustment Here are some example values for Subitem Category 2 (functional area): YB10 : Sales Revenue YB18 : Cost of Goods Sold YB20 : Production YB40 : Administration To help you decide which CDS view to use for your purposes, SAP has introduced the annotation ObjectModel.supportedCapabilities that indicates the most appropriate use cases for each CDS view.
