Description <p>This CDS view provides access to the consolidation division. It combines the values from the CDS view I_Division with additional values maintained in consolidation only. </p> <p>A consolidation division is a division that can be used for financial consolidation in group reporting. It can either be a division that’s been defined in an area other than group reporting, or it can be a division that’s been specifically defined for exclusive use in group reporting. </p> <p>This CDS view provides the data to answer the following business questions:</p> <ul> <li><p>What divisions exist?</p></li> <li><p>What is the source of a value, either from the view I_Division or from consolidation?</p></li> </ul> <p>To help you decide which CDS view to use for your purposes, SAP has introduced the annotation ObjectModel.supportedCapabilities that indicates the most appropriate use cases for each CDS view. To find out what use cases are best supported by this CDS view, access the entry of the CDS view in the View Browser app and find the values for this annotation under the Annotation tab.
