Purpose
This CDS view provides access to the consolidation customer group. It combines the customer groups from CDS view I_CustomerGroup with additional customer groups maintained in consolidation only. This CDS view provides the data to answer the following business questions: What consolidation customer groups exist? What is the source of a product using the value ACCTG for values of I_CustomerGroup and the value CNSLDTN for consolidation? To help you decide which CDS view to use for your purposes, SAP has introduced the annotation ObjectModel.supportedCapabilities that indicates the most appropriate use cases for each CDS view. To find out what use cases are best supported by this CDS view, access the entry of the CDS view in the View Browser app and find the values for this annotation under the Annotation tab. For more information, see Supported Capabilities for CDS Views .

Authorizations Users who want to use these CDS views must have the following authorization objects assigned: FI_CS_MD (Consolidation Master Data) Configuration FICSMDTYP = CUSTOMERGROUP (Master Data Type)

AdditionalMasterDataSource : This field is used to determine the source of a customer group in accounting or consolidation.
