Purpose
This CDS view provides access to the ad hoc set in financial consolidation. An ad hoc set groups one or many ad hoc items together which have a common meaning. This CDS view provides the data to answer the following business questions: What ad hoc sets exist? To which consolidation chart of accounts (COA) does an ad hoc set belong? To help you decide which CDS view to use for your purposes, SAP has introduced the annotation ObjectModel.supportedCapabilities that indicates the most appropriate use cases for each CDS view. To find out what use cases are best supported by this CDS view, access the entry of the CDS view in the View Browser app and find the values for this annotation under the Annotation tab. For more information, see Supported Capabilities for CDS Views .

Prerequisites
Authorizations Users who want to use this CDS view must have the following authorization objects assigned: FI_CS_ADH (Consolidation Ad Hoc Master Data) Configuration ACTVT = F4 or 03 (value help, read)

Structure
Fields Used for Filtering The main filters are as follows: AdHocSet : This field is used to determine the ad hoc set. ConsolidationChartOfAccounts : This field is used to determine the consolidation COA. Further Important Fields Important fields in this view include the following: Field Name Description ConsolidationChartOfAccounts A consolidation chart of accounts AdHocSet An ad hoc item CnsldtnAdhocSetBrkdwnType This determines the breakdown. Values are N for none , E for by entry , and C for by characteristic values .
