Purpose
This CDS view retrieves dispute types representing a classification of a dispute case which is specified for each dispute case. Example Incorrect Invoice , Incorrect Credit , Missing Credit , Missing Payment Incoming payments are, for example, only entered in dispute cases of the type Missing Payments. Likewise, credits posted are only entered in dispute cases with the dispute type Missing Credit. This CDS view provides the data to answer the business question: Which dispute type values are available in the system? To help you decide which CDS view to use for your purposes, SAP has introduced the annotation ObjectModel.supportedCapabilities that indicates the most appropriate use cases for each CDS view. To find out what use cases are best supported by this CDS view, access the entry of the CDS view in the View Browser app and find the values for this annotation under the Annotation tab.
