Purpose
This CDS view retrieves correspondence activity codes representing a key for an activity that is executed to determine the recipient for a correspondence. Example When issuing a third dunning notice for an auto insurance policy, an insurance company would like to inform the auto registration center about the loss of coverage. Instead of entering the auto registration center as additional correspondence recipient for each policyholder, you can define an activity. This activity can determine the appropriate auto registration center for the runtime from the master data of any policyholder, for example, place of residence and license plate number. This CDS view provides the data to answer the business question: Which correspondence activity code values are available in the system? To help you decide which CDS view to use for your purposes, SAP has introduced the annotation ObjectModel.supportedCapabilities that indicates the most appropriate use cases for each CDS view. To find out what use cases are best supported by this CDS view, access the entry of the CDS view in the View Browser app and find the values for this annotation under the Annotation tab.
