You can use this app to create your own rules: In validation rules, you can specify how the system should check values that the user enters for the asset master record. In substitution rules, you can specify the preconditions under which the system is to fill or overwrite (replace) certain fields from the asset master record. The rules apply to the manual creation and change of asset master records using the Manage Fixed Assets app (F3425).
