This CDS view is designed to provide a structured representation of real estate valuation classifications. The view is based on domain values from the specified domain name ' RECECESLTYPE ' and filters data to include only active and current versions. This view provides supported values for REValuationClassification . The values and their meanings are: Value Meaning Not Relevant C Finance Lease Out (Without Depreciation) A Right of Use Approach (Linear Depreciation) B Straight-Line Lease (Linearized Commitment) This CDS view provides the data to answer the following business questions: What are the available classifications for real estate valuation within the system?
