Purpose
This CDS view is designed to provide a structured representation of the assignment of document types to consolidation tasks within a specific consolidation version. It serves as a master data source for understanding how different document types are associated with consolidation tasks and versions, including their validity periods and sequence values. Only assignments for data collection tasks are stored in this view. This CDS view provides the data to answer the following business questions: Which document types are assigned to specific consolidation tasks within a given consolidation version? What are the validity periods (fiscal year and period) for each document type associated with a consolidation task? How are document types sequenced within the context of consolidation tasks and versions? How can I access detailed information about the consolidation task, version, and document type through associations? To help you decide which CDS view to use for your purposes, SAP has introduced the annotation ObjectModel.supportedCapabilities that indicates the most appropriate use cases for each CDS view.
