Business Role: Customer Service Representative - In-House Repair

You can use this app to see an overview of the repair objects that are ready for billing and that have not been completed yet. Once all items in the repair objects have been released for billing, you can complete the repair objects.

Key Features: Call up worklists of repair objects that are ready for billing. You can filter, sort, and group lists of repair objects. Use the worklist to trigger actions (for example, create outbound delivery) for multiple repair objects in the same in-house repair simultaneously or for each repair object individually. Display the details of the repair objects to be billed. Access the repair order and the repair confirmations for more information about the expenses incurred. Create the outbound delivery if a returns order exists for the repair object and the repair object has been received by the repair center. Complete the repair object to finalize its in-house repair process
