My Reporting is a generic reporting app that allows you to provide backend reports of a certain types to your managers. My Reporting supports the following backend reports: Reports with ALV list output (based on logical data bases) ABAP Queries Custom methods The standard delivery comes with example standard reports. The reports are grouped into 3 categories: Employee, Time Management, and Org Management reports. For each report a link with the report name and a short description is provided.The number of report groups and reports per group can be customized. For each report, managers can change the following: the view on their area of responsibility (e.g., Direct Reports, All Reporting Employees, etc.) the date/period for the report results By default, the report result is shown directly on the screen for a specific view (e.g. the view Direct Reports for employee reports). Depending on the configuration, manager users can do the following: download report results sort along a column include totals and subtotals for numeric columns
