Manage Field Logistics Voyages

Business Role: Transportation Planner (Oil & Gas)

With this app, you can create, display, or edit a voyage. You can also maintain stages and perform actions such as dispatch and set them to arrived.

Key Features: Search for voyages based on one or more filter criteria, for example, voyage ID, voyage status, start date, mode of transport, from plant, or to plant. View voyage details, for example, voyage stages and assignments. Create voyages. Create, edit, or delete stages. Add planned departure date, planned departure time, planned arrival date, and planned arrival time for the stages. Assign or unassign containers / FL packages / delivery items / handling units. Perform dispatch and set a voyage stage as arrived. Reverse voyage assignment for delivery items, handling units, FL packages and containers. View and assign FL packages to a voyage. View FL package information such as packed deliveries in the Voyage summary document . Assign containers, FL packages or standalone items from multiple plants that share a common shipping point to the same voyage stage (with a matching shipping point). You can preview, print, or export the voyage summary details of a single voyage from the object page. You can print voyage summary documents for multiple voyages together from the worklist. Send email with pdf document containing all voyage details. Note that email is triggered upon performing print action on voyage. Automatic removal of any item from the voyage with the status as Dispatched or Arrived if the Goods Issue for that item is reversed using the standard LoB app. The voyage status is reverted to Not Started if goods issue for all the assigned items is reversed. Note Delivery items / handling units / FL packages /containers can be assigned to a voyage from Pack Container (F5786) app.Objects with different source or destination plants can be assigned to the same voyage stage even if there is a mismatch between the plant of the object and the stage, provided these plants share a common shipping or receiving point.
