Overview
You can use this app to decide whether a repair order for the repair object is created to start the repair immediately, whether a repair quotation is created, or whether the repair object is sent back to the customer.
Key Features

Call up a worklist of repair objects to be prechecked.
You can filter, sort, and group a list of repair objects to be prechecked (status Precheck: Decision Pending). You can also filter for repair objects to be prechecked by a specific employee responsible.

Display the details of the repair objects.
You can access the related product and equipment data, and the applicable service contracts, which you can use to make a decision.

Check and edit the customer instructions and examination results.

Decide which follow-up step is to be performed for each repair object that has the status Precheck: Decision Pending:

Create Repair Order, if the repair object is marked for immediate repair or for diagnosis

Quotation, if you want to inform the customer about the estimated repair costs
You can create a repair quotation or add the repair object to a repair quotation that has been created for a repair object of the same in-house repair.

Set Repair Object to Completed, if you want to cancel the in-house repair process for the repair object.

Create a returns order to trigger the logistics process for repair objects that customers send for repair.
In this case, you can create an outbound delivery to send the repair object back to the customer.

Call up a worklist for repair objects for which a repair order has been created (status Precheck: Order).

Call up a worklist for repair objects for which a diagnosis has been performed (status Diagnosis: Follow-Up) and you need to decide on the next step to continue the in-house repair process.

Call up a worklist for repair objects for which you want to create a repair quotation or which you want to add to an existing repair quotation (status Precheck: Quotation).

Use the worklist to trigger actions (for example, create returns order) for multiple repair objects in the same in-house repair simultaneously or for each repair object individually.
